A morning protocol practiced soon after you wake up. It helps signal to your body that it is time to come alive, get grounded, and begin the day with more clarity and confidence.

I have spent years refining this work through my own burnout recovery, daily sunrise teaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and working with people who felt exactly where you may be now. I know what it’s like to be exhausted with a full day ahead of you and wonder if you’ll ever feel properly rested again.
In 2019, I started welcoming sunrises in Barcelona. What began as a personal practice on a pier in Barcelona has grown into a movement and hundreds of students have shared the joy of welcoming the sunrise.
